Customer Service responds to requests from students, faculty, and staff and processes about 30,000 work tickets annually, via phone, Servicewave (web requests), email, and hard copy. They coordinate, schedule, and dispatch requests to our 16 zone or shop managers via radio, phone, and electronic work tickets. Customer Service is staffed by a supervisor and three employees: two at the Facilities office and one as our representative to HRL in Irby.
