UNICCO Service Company is our custodial services contractor. Please see UNICCO Job Descriptions for custodial services and frequencies. UNICCO has employees in each building to provide services. Post-Katrina, these are optimal or target schedules which are subject to labor availability, workload, and campus needs.
Facilities Services funds routine cleaning of:
Classrooms
Restrooms
Offices
Conference rooms, lounges, and kitchens
Stairwells, entrances, corridors, and carpets
Hard surface floor refinishing
Windows - inside windows (all floors) and outside windows (first floor only)
