Zones

Facilities Services has divided the campus into four zones to improve customer service.
Employees assigned to a zone:

  • become familiar with and responsible for one group of buildings
  • develop a good working relationship with the customers in that zone
  • work more effectively by reducing travel time.

    • Zone employees provide basic repairs, including carpentry, electrical, heating/cooling, painting, plumbing, and refrigeration.
